Hi, I’m Shayann Singh, MA, LPCC. I am deeply committed to offering a safe and nonjudgmental atmosphere where you can share your experiences and concerns and feel a sense of acceptance and belonging. My passion lies in accompanying people as they navigate their unique struggles, providing the support and guidance needed to help them regain their confidence and find their empowered selves. I firmly believe that within each person there exists an inner strength waiting to be unlocked, and my role is to facilitate that transformative journey toward self-discovery and personal growth. My approach I use a collaborative approach, leaving plenty of space for you to share the direction you’d like to go as we work together to develop a course of treatment. I will offer professional insights and tools to assist you as you learn to cope with the issues you’re facing. My focus I typically work with individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, work-related issues, co-dependency, anger management, trauma, personal development, and many others. My communication style I offer a welcoming, supportive space where you can bring whatever is on your mind into session. My goal is to create a safe environment for this vulnerable and difficult season in your life. My journey to mental healthcare I am passionate about helping people, walking through difficult seasons in their lives, and finding hope and healing. I have experienced a lot of pain in my own life and have always looked for ways to improve my life and learn how to cope and thrive. My desire as a therapist is to help others navigate through their difficult moments, bring connection into their lives, and help them find peace, joy, and purpose. My goals for you I use a collaborative approach. We will develop both short-term and long-term goals in our work together.
